You can delete your ARG Zombie account, and everything in it, whenever you like. There are two ways to do it.
In the app
Open ARG Zombie on your phone and go to Settings → Delete account. Confirm, and the account is deleted straight away.
On the web
Log in on argzombie.com (with your email, or by scanning the QR code with your phone), then go to Account → Delete account, type the confirmation word, and confirm.
What gets deleted
Your sign-in details (email, and any Apple or Google link), your survivor, current and past runs, inventory, base, recruits and recruit links, raid history, location history, and active sessions on every device. It can’t be undone.
We keep only a record that an account with an internal ID was deleted, without your email. Copies in encrypted database backups expire within 30 days.
Can't sign in?
Email support@argzombie.com from the address on the account and we’ll delete it for you within 30 days.
