These terms cover your use of the ARG Zombie apps and argzombie.com, run by Tando Productions (“we”). By playing, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Play safely
ARG Zombie is played in the real world, and you are responsible for your own safety. Stay aware of your surroundings. Obey traffic laws, and never play while driving or cycling. Don’t enter private property, closed buildings, or anywhere you aren’t allowed to be: the game only needs you to be near a building, never inside it. Don’t play anywhere unsafe, at any time of day.
Your account
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to play. Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for what happens on your account. One account per person.
Fair play
Don’t fake your location, use modified clients, automate play, exploit bugs, or interfere with the service or other players. We check for cheating and may reset progress, suspend, or close accounts that break these rules.
Game items
Loot, survivors, and other in-game items have no real-world value and can’t be sold or transferred. We may rebalance, change, or reset game content, especially during testing.
Playtests and availability
Early versions are test builds and may be unstable, change often, or lose progress. We provide the game “as is” and may change or stop it at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or damage from how or where you choose to play.
Ending your account
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms.
